gut health

My gut knew before I did. Long before I could admit anything was wrong, my body was already telling me through bloating, exhaustion and tension I explained away as stress. This is what I learned when I finally stopped treating the symptoms and started asking what they were symptoms of.

Bloating is one of the most common complaints I hear from clients. And almost every single one of them has been told it's just something they have to live with. It isn't. Bloating is your gut sending you a signal — and once you understand what it's trying to say, you can actually do something about it. There's a better way. It's called crowding out — and it's the method I use with every single client. No overhaul. No willpower. No misery. Just small additions that change ever

The biggest mistake people make when trying to eat healthier is trying to change everything at once. Out with everything they enjoy, in with food that feels like punishment. It works for about four days. There's a better way. It's called crowding out — and it's the method I use with every single client. No overhaul. No willpower. No misery. Just small additions that change everything over time.
